At Crafter's Companion, we want you to be fully inspired by your purchase; if a product doesn't meet your creative needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unused crafting supplies in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
